Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) is seeking a Case Aide for La Jornada to provide administrative and document support to the program staff. The role requires maintaining flexible, organized schedules and occasional extended hours or weekend work.

You will work with the ORR 7 Day Case Management policy requirements and ensure timely documentation in UC Portal and NYAP Evolv systems, supporting reunification efforts and background checks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 4-year degree preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and documentation support for program staff.
• Maintain records per ORR and NYAP policies.
• Assist with intake/discharge packages and case file maintenance.
• Support travel coordination for children and staff.
• Prioritize multiple duties and meet deadlines with confidentiality.
• Support coordination with legal service providers and Know Your Rights presentations.
