Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) seeks a Case Aide for La Jornada in Fairfax, VA. The role provides administrative support to program staff, manages records, and ensures timely documentation in NYAP systems.

The position requires a high school diploma; bilingual English/Spanish fluency is essential and confidentiality is a must. The candidate will assist with intake, case file management, and coordination of travel for children and staff, while upholding ORR policy requirements and NYAP

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Support program staff with administrative tasks and documentation.
• Maintain records per ORR and NYAP policies.
• Process records requests and complete VOR changes as needed.
• Upload documentation to UC Portal and Evolv system.
• Assist with intake and discharge packages and case files.
