National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) is seeking an Entry Level Case Aide to support children, families, and individuals in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves assisting with case management, records, intake/discharge processes, travel coordination, and coordinating with legal and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 4-year degree preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; fluency required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Support ORR policy requirements and case management with NYAP team.
• Maintain records and assist with intake and discharge packages.
• Coordinate travel for children and staff as needed.
• Assist with intake case files and required intake documentation.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Provide support to foster licensing, clinical and medical teams.
