Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy seeks a bilingual Care Coordinator for our Chelsea clinic at W 26th St. You will welcome patients, guide them through appointments, and respond to calls and emails quickly to ensure a smooth flow of care.

The role emphasizes 5-star patient service, collaboration with the team, and a compassionate approach to treatment in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience.
• Greet patients entering the clinic with a friendly, 5-star service.
• Collaborate with team to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care.
