MultiCultural Home Care in Lawrence, MA is seeking a Bilingual Khmer Care Coordinator to join our onsite team. The role leverages Khmer language skills to connect clients, families and caregivers and ensure timely, quality home care.

You will coordinate caregiver schedules, communicate with Khmer-speaking clients, and help manage day-to-day care needs. Strong communication and organization are essential, and 1+ year of customer service is preferred. Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm on site.

Competenze

• Fluent in Khmer and English.
• Able to work onsite in Lawrence, MA, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Comfortable in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Healthcare/home care scheduling or intake experience is a plus.

MultiCultural Home Careis hiring a Bilingual Khmer/English Care Coordinator to join our Lawrence team!

For decades, MultiCultural Home Care has helped people remain safe and independent at home. Our Care Coordinators are at the center of that work, connecting clients, families, and caregivers and making sure people receive the care they need.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and client services
• Communicate with Khmer-speaking clients and families
• Help solve scheduling changes and day-to-day care needs
• Build relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
• Keep client and scheduling information accurate and up to date
• Receive referrals from various sources, such as families, Aging Services Access Points, and others and work with them to ensure appropriate client eligibility and authorization.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Khmer and English
• Able to work onsite in Lawrence Monday–Friday, 8:30am-5pm
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfortable in a busy, fast-moving environment

Healthcare, home care, scheduling, intake, or care coordination experience is a plus, but we're open to candidates with transferable experience who are ready to learn.
