Qualifications

Fluent in English and Cambodian/Khmer.
HHA, CNA, PCA, or equivalent caregiving experience preferred.
Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
Reliable transportation preferred.
Ability to work independently while following each client's individualized care plan.

Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
Help with toileting and incontinence care.
Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation using walkers, canes, or wheelchairs.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
Provide medication reminders and cues for self-administered medications.
Monitor and report changes in a client's condition.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Practice infection control and safety procedures.
Keep the client's home clean, safe, and comfortable.
