Job summary

Valeris is seeking an Executive Care Coordinator to guide patients through complex medication access, from initiation to closure, ensuring accurate records and timely handling. You will leverage program requirements, communicate clearly, and manage benefits and reimbursements with a patient-centric approach.

You will coordinate with nurses, payers, and healthcare providers, performing benefit investigations and prior authorizations while documenting all steps in Lynk and maintaining HIPAA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years experience in insurance reimbursement/patient access or related field.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes.
• Remote work eligibility is subject to company criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own patient journey from initiation to closure using program knowledge and industry rules.
• Complete benefit investigations and track prior authorizations/denial appeals.
• Assist patients, caregivers, and providers via calls, email, and Lynk.
• Educate HCPs and patients on benefits, program eligibility, and Payor processes.
• Document activities in the Lynk system with detailed records.
