The Executive Care Coordinator will manage inbound/outbound calls, provide personalized case management, and ensure accurate documentation in the Lynk system, while adhering to HIPAA and program guidelines.

Qualificações

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–10 years in insurance reimbursement or patient access preferred.
• 2+ years in healthcare access delivery or management preferred.
• Certifications like PACS/CHES/CCM are a plus.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
• Remote work eligibility subject to criteria.

Responsabilidades

• Provide education on access and reimbursement tools for patients and HCPs.
• Advise on benefits coverage and program eligibility for patients and HCPs.
• Educate HCP offices on Payor processes and procedures.
