Job summary

Valeris is seeking an Executive Care Coordinator to support patients through the access and reimbursement process for complex medications. You will manage the patient journey from initiation to closure, conducting benefit investigations and prior authorizations while communicating clearly with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.

The role requires strong knowledge of pharmacy and medical billing, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex reimbursement pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare access delivery or management.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus and remote work eligibility depending on criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient journey from initiation to closure using program knowledge and industry standards.
• Perform benefit investigations, track prior authorizations/denials, and assist patients via calls, email, and Lynk.
• Educate patients and healthcare providers on benefits, coverage options, and program eligibility.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Lynk system and generate reports to identify trends.
