Valeris is seeking an Executive Care Coordinator to support patients navigating complex medication access and reimbursement processes. You will ensure accurate medical records, educate on program requirements, and manage case details with a patient-centric approach.

The role requires strong pharmacy and billing knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to translate complex information into patient-friendly language. Remote work eligibility is considered based on business needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience in healthcare access delivery or patient support preferred
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and insurance processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus and remote work eligibility may apply

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted relationships with patients, prescribers, and client stakeholders regarding reimbursement inquiries and challenges.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to patients, caregivers, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
• Provide personalized case management including outbound communications to HCPs and patients on coverage and access steps.
• Educate on benefits, coverage, and program eligibility for patients and HCP offices on payor processes.
• Document all activities in Lynk system and maintain detailed reimbursement records.
• Adhere to corporate policies, deadlines, and participate in ongoing training.
• Support additional tasks or projects as assigned
