Job summary

International Leadership of Texas is seeking a Records Clerk at the campus level to maintain student academic records under minimal supervision. You will process enrollments, transfers, and withdrawals, and support counselors with data and reports.

The role requires excellent organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to use Skyward or similar software to manage spreadsheets, databases, and word processing tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Skyward preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain student academic records and process requests for information and transcripts.
• Coordinate grade reporting, verify/correct grades, and prepare/distribute report cards.
• Prepare and distribute UIL eligibility lists.
• Calculate GPA, class rank, and prepare honor rolls.
• Assist counselors with enrollment, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Assist campus administration and counselors with reports and student data information.
• Compile, maintain, and file all reports and documents as required.
• Coordinate ordering/distribution of graduate materials (caps/gowns/diplomas).
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Any other duties as assigned.
