Express Employment International is seeking bilingual Customer Service candidates to join a local transportation agency's call center in Medford. You will handle inbound calls from riders, enter visit data, and schedule transports in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with starting pay of $23.02 per hour and a benefits package after probation. Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish, type at least 40 wpm, and bring strong communication skills

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Typing speed 40 wpm or higher required.
• Strong verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work under pressure required.
• Handle large volume of inbound calls.
• High attention to detail required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Answer all inbound customer calls.
• Schedule riders who need transportation assistance.
• Accurately input data for each call.
