Ibex is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Medical Transportation to help individuals reach medical appointments. You’ll schedule rides, coordinate logistics, and ensure each trip runs smoothly for patients and providers.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Prior call center experience is a plus but not required; this full-time role includes paid training and an evening shift from 2:30pm to 11:00pm EST.

Responsabilités

• Schedule transportation and dispatch trips.
• Assist in coordination of mass transportation when needed.
• Administer trips for volunteer/independent drivers and mileage reimbursement program.
• Collaborate with transportation providers and health care facilities to resolve issues.
• Assign reservations to network providers to optimize vehicle use.
• Communicate daily with transportation providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure accurate trip data input to minimize delays and errors.
