Job summary

MV Transportation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to perform clerical duties, reconcile driver manifests, and enter data in Trapeze. Responsibilities include taking reservations, providing information, assisting with applications, and preparing eligibility letters. Strong Excel and ten-key skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication are required.

Candidate should be able to work in a team in a fast-paced office. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Prepare pre-paid tickets and assist Accounting Manager.
• Work in a fast-paced office and in a team environment; maintain professional conduct.
