Ibex is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Medical Transportation to help individuals reach medical appointments. You’ll schedule rides, coordinate logistics, and ensure each trip runs smoothly for patients and providers.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Prior call center experience is a plus but not required; this full-time role includes paid training and an evening shift from 2:30pm to 11:00pm EST.

About the Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Medical Transportation

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals get to their medical appointments. You'll schedule rides, coordinate logistics, and ensure each customer’s journey is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Schedule transportation and dispatch trips
• Assist in coordination of mass transportation when needed
• Administer trips for volunteer/ independent drivers and mileage reimbursement program
• Works closely with transportation providers and health care facilities to resolve problems
• Assigns reservations to network providers to ensure that vehicle resources are used most efficiently and effectively to meet client demand
• Responsible for daily communication with transportation providers
• Ensures accurate trip data input to minimize errors and delays in timelines

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and ability to work full-time

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish languages

Schedule:

• This position is for our closing shifts from 2:30pm-11:00pm EST
