• Work schedule: Weekdays 8:30am–5pm; Saturdays 9am–1pm on rotating schedule.
• Bilingual Spanish & English required.

Responsibilities

• Assist existing and potential members with inquiries and problems within authority.
• Refer issues beyond authority to supervisor with recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date member records in the core banking system.
