Job summary

Corning Credit Union in Corning, NY is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Specialist I who speaks Spanish and English to assist members with day-to-day banking needs and questions.

You will handle member inquiries, perform financial transactions, promote appropriate products, and support members through electronic service channels while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in call center or customer service is beneficial but not required
• Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and member questions promptly and professionally
• Open memberships, accounts, and services; process transactions
• Educate members on CCU products and services and promote electronic channels
• Maintain knowledge of CCU systems and products
• Collaborate with team to resolve member needs and ensure accuracy
