HealthFirst in Lincoln, NE seeks a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to handle inbound/outbound calls, enrollments, and scheduling via Salesforce. Follow scripts, verify Medicaid/Medicare eligibility, and target daily/weekly/monthly goals.

Requires English/Spanish fluency, a high school diploma, and ability to work 8.5 hour shifts with occasional weekends and remote work capability. Healthcare/managed care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluency in reading and speaking English and Spanish.
• Member / Customer Service experience.
• Able to work 8 ½ hours shift, Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM and Sat 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM; open enrollment includes some weekend hours.
• Occasional overtime.
• Capable to work remotely with reliable internet.
• Tech Savvy MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Organized, multitasking, detail-oriented.
• Comfort with virtual platforms (emails, MS Teams).

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound/outbound calls per Service Levels.
• Create/follow up for LTC Leads in Salesforce for up to 90 days.
• Create/follow up for Personal Care requests up to 30 days in Salesforce.
• Answer calls or follow scripts for outbound calls.
• Search ePACEs for Medicaid eligibility codes.
• Search Marx (CMS) for Medicare eligibility and elections.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly growth goals.
• Coordinate with State broker for initial evaluations.
• Schedule field and tele-video appointments in Salesforce.
• Schedule appointments for SHP HF CompleteCare staff in Salesforce.
• Schedule Entitlement Advocates for Medicaid coverage issues.
• Arrange Community Health Assessments with Clinical Assessors.
• Document call outcomes in pre-enrollment database and Salesforce.
• Coordinate fulfillment kits to prospective members.
• Troubleshoot LTC enrollment rejections.
• Occasional weekend/overtime work; adapt to shifting priorities.
• Engage with leaders via virtual platforms.
