Healthfirst in Utah is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to handle inbound and outbound calls, manage LTC and Personal Care requests, and ensure smooth enrollment processes for Mainstream and SHP members. You will verify Medicaid/Medicare eligibility in ePACEs and Marx CMS, schedule appointments, and document interactions in Salesforce.

• Fluency in reading and speaking English and Spanish.
• Member / Customer Service experience.
• Ability to work 8.5 hour shifts within defined hours.
• Remote-work capability with reliable internet.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound/outbound calls per approved scripts.
• Create/follow up on LTC leads and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Create/follow up on Personal Care requests for Mainstream population in Salesforce.
• Search Medicaid eligibility in ePACEs and Medicare eligibility in Marx (CMS).
• Schedule field and televideo appointments for SHP Intake Nurses and HF CompleteCare staff in Salesforce.
• Document calls and outcomes in Salesforce and pre-enrollment databases.
• Engage with leaders via virtual platforms and achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals.
