Talentify is hiring a Remote Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative. You will take inbound calls about healthcare benefits, enrollments, and claims, providing patient and client support with a focus on accuracy and empathy.

Require fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication, and the ability to work a paid training program. Training is paid, with benefits available and PTO accrual after 180 days.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to complete mandatory paid training and pass a bg check.

Responsibilities

• Handle healthcare benefits-related inbound calls.
• Assist members with enrollment and disenrollment in Medicare plans.
• Navigate multiple systems to fulfill customer requests.
