Qualifications

• Fluency in reading and speaking English and Spanish.
• Ability to work 8.5 hour shifts with varying schedules including peak enrollment periods.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable with multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and educate on LTC enrollment.
• Create and follow up on LTC leads in Salesforce for up to 90 days.
• Coordinate appointments for SHP Intake Nurses in Salesforce.
• Document calls and outcomes in Salesforce and pre-enrollment systems.
• Troubleshoot LTC enrollment issues and support fulfillment processes.
