Job summary

Trusted Leader in Healthcare Services is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Healthcare Call Center Representative to support members, providers, and patients with plan benefits, billing questions, and general inquiries. Fluency in Spanish and English, plus at least two years in customer service or healthcare, are required.

You will document interactions, maintain HIPAA privacy, and strive for first-contact resolution while navigating multiple CRM/EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum of two years in customer service or healthcare member interaction.
• Call center experience and/or health insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries in member services, Medicare, and billing for Spanish- and English-speaking customers.
• Represent our client professionally by addressing and documenting all incoming queries, including complex calls related to specialized product lines.
• Document all member interactions meticulously following established procedures."
• Demonstrate familiarity with health insurance terminology (copays, deductibles, claims, authorizations, etc.).
• Navigate CRM, EMR/EHR, and ticketing platforms effectively.
