Job summary

Healthfirst is seeking a Relationship Coordinator to educate and support enrollment for MAP/MLTC/SHP/HARP programs. You’ll handle calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate with nurses in a paperless environment using Salesforce and related tools.

The role requires a high school diploma, English and Spanish fluency, healthcare exposure, and comfort with remote work and Microsoft Office. Some weekends/overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Fluency in reading and speaking English and Spanish.
• Member/customer service experience with healthcare exposure.
• Ability to work in a remote, paperless call center environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to handle calls professionally and meet scheduling goals.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to educate and assist prospective members.
• Schedule field and tele-video appointments for intake nurses and specialists.
• Document interactions in Salesforce and other systems with accuracy.
• Coordinate fulfillment kits and information with timely follow-up.
• Maintain product knowledge and meet daily, weekly, monthly goals.
• Work occasional weekends or overtime as needed.
