Nation Security is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our footprint in the security services sector. The role targets proactive professionals who can identify opportunities, expand market share, and build long-term partnerships in bilingual and multicultural markets.

You will lead a dynamic team, develop market entry plans, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to deliver measurable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales, preferably in security or related services.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish, fluent written and spoken.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital outreach platforms.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand into new markets and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
• Serve as primary liaison during client onboarding to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience.
• Leverage digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools to generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to design and execute campaigns showcasing Nation Security’s value.
• Provide data-driven insights by monitoring industry trends and competitor activity.
• Track KPIs and manage the sales pipeline; prepare comprehensive business development reports for leadership.
