Job summary

Nation Security seeks an experienced Security Operations Manager fluent in English and Spanish to oversee security programs, field teams, and regulatory compliance across multiple client sites. This leadership role emphasizes policy enforcement, incident response, and performance management to ensure safety and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in security operations, strong analytical skills, and a track record of improving operations and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive security operations or management experience.
• Knowledge of modern security systems, protocols, and risk management strategies.
• Proven leadership with team development and performance management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.
• CPP/PSP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Develop, implement, and enforce company-wide security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to foster high performance and professionalism.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements; conduct audits and site inspections.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as primary liaison with clients, law enforcement, emergency responders, and external partners; build client relationships.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present reports on incidents, staffing, performance metrics, and trends.
• Technology & Innovation: Stay current with emerging security technologies; implement tools to improve safety and productivity.
