Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering an on-site Branch Operations Internship for current college juniors and seniors pursuing a business or finance degree. The role provides hands-on exposure to loan processing, funding, and regulatory training while learning from senior leaders and regional VPs.

You will engage in accelerated training, participate in real branch operations tasks, and explore potential long-term career paths within Republic Finance.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Able to work a minimum of 18–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must pass criminal background history, credit history and pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing based on background check.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and the Republic Way sales & customer service approach.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding activities.
• Spend time with leadership to understand career paths and promotional potential.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Support branch process improvement projects and related departments.
• Learn about corporate roles where branch experience is valued.
