Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking a Branch Operations Intern for current juniors or seniors pursuing a Finance or Business focus. The role is 100% onsite and pays $15.00 per hour, with the potential for full-time employment after graduation.

You will learn loan processes, regulatory training, and assist in origination, processing, closings and funding while exploring career paths within Branch Operations. This program emphasizes real-world experience and internal promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Must have the ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Spanish speaking skills are required for this location.
• Must meet acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing based on background check.

Responsibilities

• Learn the daily operations of a branch and gain exposure to the Republic Way sales and customer service approach.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding workflows, including file prep and audits.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP learning responsibilities and promotional paths.
• Attend regional meetings or workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Learn about branch operations process improvement projects and potential corporate roles.
