Republic Finance, LLC is seeking Branch Operations Interns who are current juniors or seniors pursuing a degree in Business or Finance. This 100% onsite internship offers hands-on exposure to daily branch operations, loan processing, and customer service as part of our Branch Ops program.

Qualifications

• Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Willingness to learn and reliable with strong work ethic.
• Able to work 18–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Eligible for insurance licensing (state background check).

Responsibilities

• Learn loan process and regulatory training via accelerated Assistant Branch Manager program.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding; allocate files for doc prep; audit closed files; prep files to fund.
• Meet with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths and career potential.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Engage in Branch Operations process-improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where Branch backgrounds are valued (Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting).
