Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering a Branch Operations Internship on-site to current juniors and seniors in college pursuing a Finance or Business focus. The program provides hands-on exposure to loan origination, processing, closings, and funding while teaching regulatory training and the Republic Way approach.

Interns will interact with leadership, participate in regional meetings, and explore a potential full-time career path after graduation, with a focus on developing core branch operations

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must have the ability to work a minimum of 18–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Learn the loan process and all necessary regulatory training through an accelerated Branch Manager program.
• Assist in daily loan origination, processing, closings and funding activities.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths and career potential.
• Attend regional meetings or workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Learn about branch operations process improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch background is valued (Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting).
