Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering an on-site Branch Operations internship for current juniors or seniors in college with a finance or business focus. The program covers loan processes, regulatory training, and potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

Interns will gain hands-on experience across loan origination, processing, closings, and funding, while learning about the broader business and career paths within Republic Finance.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work 18–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet background checks and pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing is required.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and broader organization.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding activities.
• Work with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Participate in branch operations process improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valued.
