Job summary

Republic Finance is offering an on-site Branch Operations internship in Texas for current college juniors and seniors pursuing finance or business. You will learn daily branch operations, loan processing steps, and regulatory training while interacting with leaders and teams to understand career paths within the company.

The program emphasizes hands-on experience, with mentorship from management and exposure to branch improvement projects, while preparing candidates for full-time opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Become licensed and go through an accelerated version of the Assistant Branch Manager Program to learn the loan process and all necessary regulatory training.
• Assist in daily production of loan origination, processing, closings and fundings including allocating files for doc prep; auditing closed files; prep files ready to fund.
• Spend time with your Manager and Regional VP learning responsibilities to understand promotional path.
