Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering an onsite Branch Operations Internship for current juniors or seniors pursuing a Finance or Business focus. Interns will learn daily branch operations, loan origination, processing, closings, and funding while engaging with leaders to understand career paths.

The program includes regional meetings, process-improvement projects, and exposure to corporate roles, with potential for full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work 18–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet background and credit history standards and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility requirements for insurance licensing based on state background checks.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and the broader organization.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding activities.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand pathways and promotion potential.
• Attend regional meetings or workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Learn about branch operations process improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valuable; overview of benefits during program.
