Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering an on-site Branch Operations Internship for current college juniors and seniors pursuing a Finance or Business focus.

As a Branch Ops Intern you will learn daily branch functions, assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding, and participate in process-improvement projects while exploring future career paths within the company.

The program pays $15.00 per hour and aims to offer full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
Commit to 18-20 hours per week.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Eligible for insurance licensing; criminal and credit background acceptable.
Pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

Learn daily branch operations and loan process.
Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding.
Attend regional meetings and workshops.
Work with Manager to understand promotional paths.
Participate in process-improvement projects within Branch Operations.
Explore corporate roles where Branch background is valuable (Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting).
