You will use the Quest Billing System, maintain patient contact logs, comply with HIPAA, and potentially receive an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a high-volume call center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from patients or representatives.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues and complaints.
• Navigate the Quest Billing System and related applications.
• Maintain logs of patient contacts.
• Complete projects as needed and maintain HIPAA compliance.
