Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Customer Care Representative II - Bilingual (English/Spanish) to support members with billing questions by phone, guiding them to care access and resolution. This role involves handling up to 70 calls daily with empathy and clarity.

During training you must attend full-time, then a 9-hour shift 8:30 AM–8:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday. Salary range $20–$23 per hour with potential performance bonus; benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High-school graduate or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume call center.
• 1+ years of experience in a medical/healthcare setting addressing customer health care concerns.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims billing/finance and eligibility processes.

Responsabilités

• Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives, translating medical terminology into easy-to-understand information.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues for full resolution.
• Navigate Quest Billing System and related applications.
• Maintain a tracking log of all patient contacts.
• Perform additional projects or tasks based on business needs.
• Maintain all compliance and HIPAA regulations at all times.
