Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Billing Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to assist members with billing inquiries and guide them to the right care. The role handles up to 70 callers daily, requiring compassion, accuracy, and HIPAA compliance.

You will train fully for 40 hours/week, then work a regular 8.5-hour shift between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM ET. A performance bonus may be available based on merit.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English and Spanish required.
• 1+ years in a high-volume inbound call center.
• Experience with healthcare claims billing/finance and eligibility processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives to evaluate and respond to billing inquiries.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints to ensure full resolution.
• Navigate Quest Billing System and other applications.
• Maintain tracking log of all patient contacts.
• Work on additional projects as needed while complying with HIPAA.
