Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a bilingual Customer Care Representative II (English/Spanish) in Orlando, FL to support members with billing information and access to care.

You will handle high-volume calls, translate healthcare jargon, navigate the Quest Billing System, and ensure HIPAA-compliant resolutions. Training is full-time, with 40-hour weeks, shifts 9 hours, ET hours.

The role offers pay ranges of $20–$23 per hour, potential annual bonus, and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong communication and empathy for customers.
• Experience in handling high-volume inbound calls preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives regarding billing inquiries.
• Translate medical terminology into clear, understandable information for customers.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues to achieve full resolution.
• Navigate Quest Billing System and related applications.
• Maintain a log of all patient contacts and follow-ups.
• Adhere to HIPAA and compliance requirements.
