Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Billing Customer Service Representative II (Bilingual) in Miami, FL. The role handles up to 70 callers daily, translating medical terminology into clear billing information and guiding patients to appropriate care.

You will train fully, then work a 40-hour weekly schedule with 9-hour shifts between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM ET. Candidates must be bilingual, 18+, with a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year in a medical office or health care setting handling billing

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in a high-volume call center environment.
• Experience in medical office or healthcare billing and patient assistance.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives, evaluating and responding to all aspects of billing inquiries.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints to reach full resolution.
• Navigate the Quest Billing System and other applications.
• Maintain a log of all patient contacts.
• Perform additional projects or tasks based on business need.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA at all times.
