Job summary

ADP is hiring a bilingual Relationship Life Cycle Consultant for the Los Angeles / San Diego area. You will strengthen client relationships, educate on benefits strategies, and drive participation and retention for a book of business.

You will work with Sales, Brokers, HR, and Operations to resolve complex benefit issues, deliver presentations, and travel to client sites as needed. A college degree is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Five years of client service or client relationship management experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience in benefits.
• Excellent presentation skills with large audiences.
• Strategic thinker capable of assessing needs and delivering innovative solutions for clients.
• Willingness to travel to support client visits and strengthen relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute benefit strategies and year-round communication for assigned clients to drive participation and retention.
• Conduct worksite benefit meetings for groups of new hires and routine sessions like quarterly wellness meetings.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders focusing on worksite enrollment and benefit strategies.
• Continually upgrade knowledge and become a benefits subject matter expert through training.
• Maintain a daily schedule to manage meetings, calls, and partner connections.
