Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. seeks a bilingual Relationship Life Cycle Consultant to strengthen client engagement across the Los Angeles and San Diego area. You will educate benefits education strategies to drive participation, retention, and engagement for Key Account clients.

You will partner with Sales, Brokers, Implementation, HR, and Operations to deliver strategic benefit education, manage client relationships, and travel as needed to support client visits and strengthen ties.

Qualifications

• Five years of client service or client relationship management experience.
• Experience in benefits.
• Excellent presentations skills—able to engage large audiences.
• Strategic thinker who can assess needs and provide innovative solutions for clients.
• Willing to travel to support client visits.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute benefit strategies and year-round communication to an assigned client base, reviewing strategies to drive plan participation and retention.
• Conduct worksite benefit meetings for groups of new hires, quarterly wellness meetings to review carrier value-add information and resources, spending accounts education, year-end onboarding meetings, open enrollment meetings, and more.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on benefit strategies related to worksite employee enrollment in the plan.
• Continually upgrade knowledge and become a benefit subject matter expert through training sessions.
• Adhere to a daily schedule to manage meetings, calls, partner connections, etc.
