Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, benefits, or leave administration.
• Comfort with FMLA, ADA, and leave programs is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Process leave requests, including FMLA, ADA, PWFA, military, workers' comp, and state programs.
• Respond to routine employee questions about benefits, leave requirements, documentation, and enrollment.
• Track leave deadlines, return-to-work dates, and accommodation requests.
• Assist with benefits enrollments, life-event changes, terminations, and communications.
• Update HRIS and vendor systems; coordinate with third-party administrators and payroll.
