Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Dedicated Client Liaison to support intake, coordination, and resolution of inquiries related to employee benefits, including disability, PFMLs, and leave programs.

The role requires Spanish fluency and the ability to translate benefits knowledge into practical workplace solutions. You will partner with Client HR, payroll, and managers, provide guidance and training, attend in-person meetings as needed, and may travel about 10% annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years of related experience.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish required.
• Experience administering disability and absence.
• Knowledge of group insurance products and paid leave programs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate intake, inquiries, and service requests related to benefits.
• Guide employees on Sun Life benefits and resources.
• Collaborate with client HR/benefits, payroll, and managers.
• Support leave administration and claims submission processes.
• Provide training and prepare client-facing materials.
