Job description
Manage leave of absence administration for clients, providing expert guidance on federal and state regulations
Work with clients to interpret policy and assist in providing compliance guidance
Draft and review clients’ employee handbooks for compliance
Develop clients’ job descriptions
Draft offer letters, new hire packages and conduct new hire onboarding sessions for clients’ employees
Draft exit packages and conduct exit meetings for clients’ employees
Work with virtual file systems, such as SharePoint
Audit employee files and bring them into compliance
Translate documents between English and Spanish
Qualifications
Must be fluent in Spanish (verbal & written)
2-5 years of HR experience
Reliable vehicle with ability to travel to local clients as needed
High level of proficiency with email, Excel, Word, & Outlook required
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated success working with all employee levels in an organization
Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills with proven ability to work independently
Ability to demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality
Strong organization skills, detail-oriented with consistent follow up a must
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks without direction
