Job summary

Trimble Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative (German and English speaker) for its Transporeon division in the United States. You will be the link between marketing and sales, identifying opportunities and guiding prospects through the digital transformation of logistics.

In this role, you will drive the sales process from discovery to qualification, collaborating with cross-functional teams and acting as a product expert to address complex logistics challenges.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German required (C1/C2).
• At least 1 year in a Sales or BDR role.
• Strong negotiation and active listening; relationship-building.
• Self-starter with growth mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Lead discovery calls and email campaigns to qualify interest and build rapport with potential partners.
• Bridge the gap between Marketing and Sales to enable cross-functional collaboration.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Transporeon's offerings to help solve logistics challenges.
