PNC currently seeks a Bilingual Client Experience Associate at the Church Street branch in Hazleton, PA. Based in-office, you will help customers with everyday banking needs and promote PNC products through meaningful conversations in Spanish.

You will educate clients on digital options, identify opportunities, and refer to branch staff as appropriate, while maintaining accurate branch operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Bilingual Spanish required.

• No Degree
