Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or military service in an admin/related role.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and services.
• Grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up, outbound calls, and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
