Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service or military service in an administrative, contracting, or similar role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Bilingual Spanish is required and preferred for customer interactions and banking activities.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking are desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and banking services.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, and communication skills.
