Job summary

Preston Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Sales BDC Representative to join our Sales BDC Team. You will respond to calls, texts, emails, and internet leads, log detailed notes, and proactively follow up to schedule showroom appointments and test drives.

You’ll be the first voice customers hear, aiming to exceed appointment goals and deliver a positive buying experience. Previous experience is preferred but not required, and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales, customer service, BDC, or automotive preferred.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Ability to follow scripts and processes.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, texts, emails, and internet leads for the Sales Departments.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with prospective customers.
• Schedule showroom appointments and test drives.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information in the CRM.
• Follow BDC scripts and guidelines for communication.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to relay customer needs and appointment details.
