Job summary

Sunset Automotive Group is seeking a motivated BDC Associate to respond to customers in Spanish and English by phone, email, or chat, and to set service appointments. The role emphasizes strong customer service, communication, and the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced dealership environment.

Ideal candidates will be bilingual, have prior BDC or call center exposure, and demonstrate reliability and professional demeanor.

Job description

Sunset Automotive Group has an immediate openings for a motivated, bilingual Spanish/English team member in our Business Development Center. In this position, you will be responding to customers who contact us by phone, email, or online chat to answer questions and set appointments for our service center. You will also make outgoing calls to current clients to remind them they are due for service and get them scheduled.

Must be fluent in Spanish and English both verbally and in writing. Some experience with automotive service is preferred but not required. Previous success in a BDC Center or a related position such as a Call Center-Inside Sales-Customer Service-Marketing-Lead Conversion is required.

Successful candidates will have ability to multi-task, be a team player, have a pleasant personality and experience working with customers by email and over the phone. BDC Associate Duties

As an Automotive BDC Representative, outstanding customer service skills are required. In this position, you will:

• Monitor and respond to internet and phone inquiries in Spanish and English
• Determine each customer's vehicle service needs by active listening
• Make outgoing calls to current clients for reminders and to set appointments
• Learn, understand, and follow call and email scripts
• Set, confirm, and follow up on appointments
• Perform satisfaction surveys with customers
• Other duties as required
