Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Answer store phone calls, lookup parts and quote prices, and promote related items.
• Operate cash drawer, accept payments, and process credit card transactions.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with daily image maker, planogram updates, freight receival, stocking shelves, and fronting/facing.
